Terms & Conditions

  1. Terms of payment are strictly COD on an ex-works basis. Credit applications on request.
  2. Goods will not be released until payment clears in the Audio Visual Distributors Pty Ltd bank account.
  3. Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotes are based on ex-works prices and are valid for 30 days from date of quote.
  4. Delivery dates are an indication only and may be subject to unforeseen delays.
  5. Goods may be returned for credit at the sole discretion of Audio Visual Distributors Pty Ltd. Any goods returned unopened and in the original packaging will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Any goods returned not in their original packaging, or with accessories missing, will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, subject to management approval. Return of ‘special orders’ will be subject to 50% re-stocking fee.
  6. All equipment is covered by the appropriate manufacturer’s warranty. A copy of the warranty and non-warranty repair procedures are available on request.
  7.  All items will remain the property of Audio Visual Distributors Pty Ltd until paid for completely.
  8. All ordered customer goods held in storage - paid for or not, invoiced or not - are held entirely at the customer's risk.
  9. Audio Visual Distributors Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss of whatever nature arising from any defect in the goods or as a result of late delivery.
